The Kautilya Sr. Sec. School is run and managed by “Sugra Shikshan Sansthan, Kota” established in 1999.

Kautilya Sr. Sec. School is affiliated with C.B.S.E., Delhi and Co-educational English Medium Day School, which run along the lines of the best educational pedagogies.
